Noah’s wasn’t our regular vet, however, I am grateful for them, their kindness, and their help. Our boy had lymphoma. We had a lap of love appointment scheduled for 5pm, a couple days ago, but, that morning, our baby Elvis declined quickly, and he likely wasn’t going to make it to the afternoon. We knew we needing to find somewhere that could help sooner. I don’t know if that was the right choice or not, I may never know, but we thought we were doing the right thing to help him. Our usual day vet wasn’t available, so we called Noah’s. It was urgent, and they were expecting us. We called ahead, they were helpful, and they knew we were on the way, they met us outside with a gurney to help and ready to spring into action. Unfortunately, our boy didn’t make it. He passed away on the way there, just before making it there. My heart has been ripped out and I don’t know when or if I’ll get it back. They still met us with compassion and helped us with after life care, even though we just barely didn’t make it in time. I had to stay home with our 5 month old baby when my partner was rushing him there and I was devastated. I’m heartbroken still, but because of their compassion, they held our boy, aloud my partner to quickly rush home to get me so I could get back up there and say goodbye to my boy. They gave me nose prints, they offered paw prints as well, and they provided a private space to have time with him. We were able to go through them to have private/individual cremation services done. I lost my best friend, my family, my sweet boy, and they helped us during these moments. Thank you, to all the Noah’s staff, for helping us in such a hard time.
These people have a compassion for animals and people. They were the rock for us when having to put our family Chihuahua mix down after being attacked. We were devastated and in shock and probably a little snippy but they never once changed moods they understood. Dr Lyons’s and the receptionist Destiny. We above and beyond and will forever thankful doing everything they could to try to save our Izzy girl.
After no answers somewhere else, we landed here. The entire staff is so caring and treated us with such respect. Dr Lyons was great at explaining everything to me. The ICU nurse was so caring when I called for an update, the front desk was friendly and helpful.
We got the answers we needed and my dog Joey got the care he deserved. He is now back home and recovering.
My journey at Noah's stop 11 started over a year ago. They helped me through one of the worst times in my life, I lost my sweet baby that I had for 13 years.
Now we have Ollie. They are absolutely amazing. I have never met such a caring personable team of women in my life. They go above and beyond every single time. They make you feel like family and treat every pet like their favorite. They definitely run this office with their hearts. I appreciate each & every one of them & will never go anywhere else. Love my girls at Noah's Stop 11 !!!!!
