An absolute 5-star experience! 🐾❤️ I recently took my cat to Eagle Creek Animal Clinic, and I cannot thank them enough for their incredible service to both humans and animals. A special thank you to Ashley, who was absolutely amazing. She truly understood all of my concerns and listened to how my cat had struggled with past behavior at a different veterinary clinic. Ashley treated my cat with so much love, patience, and genuine care. Dr. Polo was also incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, going over what could possibly be happening with my cat's health and what we could rule out. What I appreciated the most was that they didn't just leave me to handle my cat's behavioral issues alone; they provided hands-on guidance and behavioral support right there with me. 5 stars for Dr. Polo, 5 stars for Ashley, and 5 stars for the entire clinic! Thank you so much for your exceptional service and for taking such good care of us. Highly recommended!

Dr. Dodge and Megan provided wonderful care for our elderly cat and made a stressful situation much easier. Dr. Dodge took the time to explain the X-rays and what was happening, then arranged everything so we could go straight to the ER. Megan was incredibly caring, answered all our questions, and helped us understand what to expect. We’re so grateful for their compassion and expertise and look forward to bringing our dogs to them for all their veterinary needs!

Best vet clinic in town. Always helpful and treat my pups like they were their own.

Every visit my dog has had leads to zero improvement. Everything prescribed for him has helped with nothing. Paid for a lab study on his ears, yet when we called up there asking for the results/etc they claimed this was never ordered. Won’t be going here anymore
