Took my baby here for an emergency and mannnnn These people are just AMAZING!! The staff were so caring and I can't remember who the dr was )but man was I IMPRESSED!!! This is the first time I've taken her somewhere that I felt she got the full care and attention she deserves. The doctor was so THOROUGH in her exam and didnt charge me for every single tiny thing they could. We will definitely be making this our new regular vet!!!!

Used to be a 5 star Disappointed in their policy We have been going to Brookville for over 20 years, Loved Mr. Canada. Now that they have grown the Valued Family Members (our pets) does not mean so much. We are just numbers! Our dog became very ill and we were not able to get in for 5 days. He did not make it. I wanted to express my concerns of how I was told my dog could not be seen the next morning ( it was 6:20 Friday). They had no openings Saturday. The vet/owner told me they were doubled book and that is why they could not get our dog in. That's ridiculous. If I were to speak with Gina the office manager I felt the issue would be swept under the rug. I wanted speak with someone that would maybe address the issue for the next Valued Family Member. I spoke with Vet/Owner he thanked me for letting him. He said if my dog was that sick and they could not get him in, I should go to an animal hospital. That's exactly what I wanted to here. I betcha things will not change. Please be aware, if your pet is feeling ill called days before to get an appointment. Front staff is great! Good luck Brookville
