They're helping our sick turkeys. Staff is very pleasant, waiting room and patient room areas were very clean and comfortable, and it is easy to communicate with them through text. I had a very positive experience and will be back.

If you have a parrot and need care come here, not VEG or anywhere else. Dr. Trowbridge and staff was very professional, calm, helpful, thorough and compassionate. The girls up front were polite and friendly and even text me regarding Rx pickup and delivery options. Cost was reasonable especially for exotic pet care. Hopefully with the right care and diet, Owen can thrive again. Thank you everyone.

Although I didn't make it to the appointment for my tortoise Charlie they were very friendly and helpful over the phone. I had to call them a little bit before they closed and they referred me to the emergency vet where my Charlie had to be peaceful put to sleep. Thank you for your kindness.
